Most photographers printing panoramas on canvas have chosen to because the cost to create on the canvas photo medium is much lower, thereby increasing their overall profit margin. I am personally not interested in maximizing my profit margin. What size should I get and how big are your sizes?

You should think twice before ordering the largest possible imaginable.
